I joined Gang Dong O Cake because I was inspired by the idea of making bread with people who have disabilities using Korean wheat, which is known for its low gluten content and is not commonly used in general.

As a production manager, I feel a great sense of accomplishment in the process of promoting work efficiency and mutual growth of all employees including those with disabilities. Gang Dong O Cake serves as an inspiration not only for its commitment to producing high-quality products, but also sharing and spreading the value of working together.

Together with my husband who is also a baker, I am creating and selling products for Gang Dong O Cake.
Despite being physically challenged, which leads to a number of difficulties in daily life, I find immense joy in knowing that our customers appreciate the bread we create.

Although we are a small business and have many limitations, we operate the business by employing people with disabilities.
I provide them with a stable working environment and emotional support to help them become proud contributors to our society, and strive to encourage their self-development.

Working alongside the CEO, a highly renowned master baker in Korea, I prioritize our customers' health and strive to use only the highest quality local ingredients.
I have always found it unfortunate that our high-quality, nutritious, and delicious products, crafted by master bakers, can only be enjoyed by customers in this region.
We are committed to achieving our goal of introducing our products not only across the country but also around the world.

We aim to enter the global market by diversifying our handmade Choco Pie lineup to include vegan and halal-certified varieties.
We are seeking both domestic and international partners collaborate in making our Choco Pie beloved by people around the world.

I am a baker with hearing impairment, and a founding member of Gang Dong O Cake.
Together with the CEO, I have worked in the bakery and pastry field for over 20 years, during which time I have obtained a license and received an award.
Despite the limitations caused by my disability, I have endeavored to improve myself in order to give back to society for the support and encouragement it has given me.
I am dedicating every effort to building expertise in my field of work, hoping to set a good example to the employees who have disabilities like myself.

I will continue to exert my best effort in creating high-quality products and strive to have a positive impact on society even through minor contributions.

I have an intellectual disability and have been working here for ten year.
As a key member of Choco Pie production, I have obtained a license by completing a bakery training program.
And I am striving to apply the knowledge and skills I have developed over the years in the field.
I feel a great sense of pride just for being acknowledged as a valuable member of the company.
My short-term goal is to get a license as a professional baker. Ultimately, I dream to run a bakery cafe with the people I work together here.
